I run a 90-Day Coaching Program designed to help you (as a skinny guy) gain muscle and turn your physicality from boy to man. This process will undoubtably improve your confidence and self-esteem.
For example – my transformation 👇
This offer is for skinny guys (or skinny-fat guys) that feel like they live in a body that’s invisible, vulnerable, meek, and childish. And ideally want to build themselves up into a more masculine figure that’s confident, self-assured, respected, and powerful.
The core program runs for 90 days. This includes the training program, nutrition support, check-ins, weekly group call, and weekly educational videos.
The only thing that stops after the 90-days is the educational videos. If you choose to stay on and keep progressing, everything else remains the same.
Most coaches will write you a training program and probably a nutrition plan (or at least they should…)
But in my experience they don’t put emphasis on:
These are my main differentiators.
I pulled these ideas from other businesses and incorporated them in bite-sized chunks.
Typically in the first 1-2 weeks you may see a decent shift of 1-2kgs (this is most likely carbohydrates being stored up, and water weight coming with it). From here it’s ideal to gain >0.5kgs per week, and <1kg per week.
So over 90 days (~13 weeks), you can expect about 7-8kgs of muscle.
Training ~ 3hrs/week.
Educational videos + Group call + checkin ~ 1hr/week.
Nutrition ~ 1-2hrs/week.
You’re looking at about 5-6 hrs per week, split up over 5-6 days to put on a meaningful amount of muscle.
No. They will help for sure, but they are not necessary.
A few questions in my onboarding form will determine whether I give you beginner or advanced exercises. Throughout the process, I’ll teach you how to become more in-tune (and in control) of your body (regardless of your starting point).
Then that’s super useful. We can build the new program based around what you already like/dislike.
YES of course! This would be sick, creating a program for you and a friend sounds like an awesome way to both make progress, hang out with a friend, and push/support each other along the way.
