If you’re out of shape and want to feel more confident in how you look.
It’s a free 45-60 minute In-Person session made up of:
Goal setting consultation (~20 minutes): where we discuss your goals, and how best to achieve them.
Physical assessment (30 minutes): Have a look at how you move, and determine the best exercises for building muscle.
Both consults and personal training sessions are held at Fitness Cartel, Tweed Heads.
A fee of $10 will be charged by fitness cartel to come in for a ‘PT Session Casual Visit’.
Getting into the gym can be overwhelming. Having a no-obligation session is my way to help you get comfortable with training and see how I operate as a Personal Trainer.
Afterwards – if you like the way I operate, then you’ll have the opportunity to join the team and start making serious progress in how you look and feel.
